RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Zeffz understands that sometimes an item may be the wrong size or you may simply not like it.
We are more than happy to exchange your item (if in stock) or simply give you a refund (minus the postage costs)
All you have to do is send back the item unworn, in original packaging with tags attached and unwashed.
You are required to cover all postage costs for returned goods.
If an item is faulty we will require a photo of the failed product, in some cases we will request the item be returned to us so it can be inspected. If an item is deemed to be faulty we will decide if a replacement item or refund is required.
Please note that any item being returned must be returned within 30 days of purchase or we will be unable to accept it.
All our products are covered by a 12 month warranty on any defects. This does not include general wear and tear.
